School Fees

The Government confirmed in its Autumn Budget on 30 October 2024 that VAT would be applicable to independent schools on education provided from January 2025 onwards.  Our fees for the Spring and Summer terms of 2025 are shown below, and are inclusive of VAT (where it is applicable).

**Free Early Years Entitlement (FEEE) may be used from the term after a child’s third birthday, up to and including their fifth birthday. This is subject to the current guidelines set out by the Local Authority.

Registration Fees and Deposits

Day Pupils

A registration fee of £60 should be sent with the Registration Form for candidates interested in entry to Reception up to Year 6.

A registration fee of £120 should be sent with the Registration Form for candidates interested in entry to Year 7 or above.

An acceptance deposit of £500 is payable on acceptance of a place and is returned when pupils leave in accordance with the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions.

Day Pupils, International

A registration fee of £160 should be sent with the Registration Form.

An acceptance deposit of £1,000 is payable on acceptance of a place and is returned when pupils leave in accordance with the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions.

Boarding Pupils

A registration fee of £160 should be sent with the Registration Form.

An Acceptance deposit for Boarding pupils; Forces/UK/EU of £1,000 is payable on acceptance of a place and is returned when pupils leave in accordance with the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance deposit for Boarding pupils; non EU – £5,000*

*The sum of £3,000 will be deducted from the first term’s fees.

Fee Payments

Loughborough Schools Foundation require school fees to be paid in full on the first day of term. Our preferred method for payment is via Direct Debit and please click here for the Direct Debit Mandate.
