A Level Results 2022
I am delighted with our A level results this summer. 14% of grades were A*, 32% were A*-A, 65% were A*-B and 75% were A*-C. These are excellent results for a non-selective Sixth Form and bear witness to the hard work of the students and the dedication of their teachers. They also show a continued upward trend in our public examination results since 2016 and demonstrate that, when fully embraced, our unique Minerva learning culture delivers wonderful outcomes for students of all abilities. Above all, these results will allow the majority of our leavers to accept a place at their first choice of university and pursue their individual passions and dreams.
Among the many successes we are celebrating today, special mention must go to Rosie who achieved straight A* grades and a place to read Biomedical Sciences at Oxford, and Hannah, who achieved two A*s and one A grade and is going on to read Medicine at Nottingham.
The total number of students achieving AAB or higher is 14 from a cohort of 19.

GCSE Results 2022
We have had a great set of GCSE results this summer. They prove that, despite the absence of public exams for the last two years, our academic improvements are continuing the consistent upward trend in results that we have seen since 2016.
25% of all grades were 9-8. Remarkably, this figure is even higher than 2020 and 2021. 36% of grades were 9-7, which is 13% higher than 2019. 75% of grades were 9-5, which is also 13% higher than 2019.
Overall, our value-added is 0.65 of a GCSE grade higher than the average UK school.
Special congratulations to Hannah who achieved ten grade 9s, and Ayeka and Lola, who both achieved nine grade 9s.
