We are so proud of this wonderful, vibrant year group who have brought so much to the school and who, in their first experience of sitting public exams, have achieved such remarkable success across the board.
We are delighted that on the return to pre-pandemic grading, almost half of our grades were A*/A and 20 pupils achieved 3A grades or better.
Our students are taking an impressively wide range of next steps, from Oxford University to specialist arts institutions and university study in the United States, and are pursuing courses in all areas of the curriculum from archaeology and anthropology to law, marine biology and professional policing.
One third of the year group undertook an EPQ, allowing them to explore areas of personal interest and independent study, and achieved 100% A*-B, which is testament to the well-rounded and intellectually curious individuals that they have become.
