Lynsey Simpkin
I joined Loughborough High School in 2019 from a local state secondary school where I had worked for 16 years. Throughout that time I was Head of MFL, Head of Year, Head of Inclusion and SENCo. I was fortunate to be appointed as Head of Learning Support and in 2021 I joined the Senior Leadership team as Assistant Head for staffing and professional development.
I live locally and enjoy supporting my village. I was Chair of Governors at the local primary school for four years, which I found extremely rewarding and every summer I coach youth cricket at the cricket club, after playing regional cricket in my teenage years.
I am married with two children who attend Fairfield and the Grammar School and we love being part of the LSF family.
