Incredibly 2025 will be the 100th year of staging this artistic ensemble, which involves the whole of Year 13, assisted by Year 12 girls as ’scene shifters’ and with many, many staff involved too. Rehearsals are held weekly throughout the Autumn Term.
Nicky Bouckley, the Foundation’s Director of Music leads the musical soundscape to the performance, selecting the music, rehearsing the choir and finalising the programme layout.
It is a tradition embraced with huge enthusiasm and pride by our girls, some of whom are recreating figures previously modelled by their mothers in their High School days!
