The Year 8 House Cricket tournament took place on Saturday 19 September on the 1st XI pitch. This is the first cricket played since July 2019! A keenly contested 7-a-side competition saw Abney triumph with a final victory over Davys. It was great to see a large number of parents support the boys as the sun came out. White and pink balls, music to accompany 4’s and wickets meant it was an enjoyable morning for all. Well done to all the boys who took part and looking forward to next summer when hopefully cricket will return in abundance!
