On Tuesday 3 March, the Foundation Sax Ensemble were invited by Music for Youth to perform in the Primary Prom at the New Theatre Royal in Lincoln. Over two shows, the group played to over 1,200 primary school pupils from the local area. With polished performances of Michael Nyman’s ‘Songs for Tony No. 1’ and a fantastic jazzy arrangement of ‘Autumn Leaves’ the ensemble were a hit with the appreciative audience!
