Mrs Hopper is currently on maternity leave but will be returning to the role of Head of PE at Amherst School from October. She has experience of delivering a wide range of sports and activities. In her youth she was a county netballer and a Midlands and Leicestershire athletics champion in the discipline of discus. From there she moved into Basketball where she represented Leicester Riders.
