Autumn Leadership Weekend

On the weekend of 23-24 November thirty-six cadets from all three Services of CCF took part in a Method of Instruction and leadership training weekend. They learnt through practical activities how best to deliver lessons relevant to their section, and were assessed on their leadership skills using command tasks. Having completed this course, cadets will be eligible to apply for training  at Wing and Regional level, such as the Junior Leaders Course, Air Cadet Leadership Course, and Senior Cadet Instructor Cadre.
