Year 6 Girls’ Hockey Report

On Thursday 21st April, the Year 6 Girls’ Hockey A Squad travelled to Cannock Hockey Club to compete in the In2Hockey Regional Finals. The girls played with grit and determination in every match. Working so well as a team allowed the girls to create numerous goal scoring opportunities whilst trying their best to keep a tight and well disciplined defence. They were all fabulous ambassadors to Fairfield and the results were a fitting end to what has been a super season for all the girls involved. A huge thank you to the wonderfully supportive parents and grand parents and, as always, to Ms Nicol for umpiring all the matches. An enormous well done, you have been a joy to coach.
