Year 4 Girls’ vs. Leicester Grammar Junior School

Filled with a great deal of excitement and anticipation, the girls travelled away to LGJS to play in their first year group fixture of the season. The girls have been working in their teams ready for the match and it was wonderful that they had the opportunity to put into practice all the new skills they have been learning. Furthermore it was great to see the girls being such great ambassadors for Fairfield, showing wonderful sportsmanship towards their opposition. Everyone played their part and when off the pitch supported their teammates with gusto. The results of the matches are given below, but with results aside everyone should feel justifiably proud of their performance. Many thanks also go to our wonderful parental support, it really spurred the girls on.
