U11 Hockey match report

Fairfield U10 girls ‘B’ hockey team played against Stoneygate School recently. Fairfield struck home in the opening minute but a counterattack from Stoneygate left the Fairfield defence open and Stoneygate equalised. The play continued from end to end and Stoneygate took the lead for a short time before Fairfield replied leaving the final score 2-2. It was an entertaining match and congratulations to many of the team who were playing for the first time this year a good performance. Thank you to all the parents for their support and to Mrs Love for umpiring.
