Grace in Year 12 really enjoyed her work experience at Williams Grand Prix Engineering at Grove in Oxfordshire, during half-term.

Grace said;

“I was working in the simulator control room, looking at and comparing telemetry (live graphs) and also looking at the run plan. I was copying and pasting lap times at the end of each session into the run plan as well, and I got to listen in to the radio between the driver and the engineers.”

Grace is interested in pursuing a career in Engineering and this rewarding experience has provided her with many insights into career possibilities within the field of automotive engineering.
