It is almost time to dust off your golf clubs, as Dave Barnett (LGS 1977) has been busy confirming the golfing fixtures for 2025, which we are delighted to share!

The fixtures are a fantastic opportunity to get together with fellow Loughburians to play a sport you love at some of the best greens in the country. You’ll be able to enjoy some discounted prices and some friendly competition, playing against alumni from other schools, as well as competing for and defending trophies.

Alumni from across the schools are welcome to play in all events except the Grafton Morrish, which is restricted to LGS alumni.

Please note there is a £10 annual subscription fee, unless you are under 30, where the subscription is free.

Location: Luffenham

Details: Team of 6 for 18 holes of 4BBB off handicap – active EGU handicap required. The Loughburians pay half the costs for selected team members so we can field our strongest team to try and get the trophy back. Bacon roll on arrival and 2 course meal after the game.
