Whether you’re planning a wedding, celebration, corporate function, conference, or sports event, choosing the right venue is essential to creating a memorable, seamless, and truly special occasion. We offer a unique blend of charm, elegance, and flexibility that can bring any event to life.

Set amidst beautifully manicured grounds and graceful architecture, our campus offers an exceptional selection of historic and modern spaces to suit a variety of events. From elite sports facilities and art spaces to versatile rooms for gatherings large and small, our venues are equipped to host events with style and sophistication. Located in the heart of Loughborough, our campus is easily accessible by both bus and train, and has ample parking available for guests.

Our facilities will be available to hire via School Hire from January 2025. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us events@lsf.org to discuss hiring any of the Foundation’s outstanding spaces for your upcoming event. We look forward to helping you create an unforgettable experience.

Weddings & Special Occasions

For couples seeking a truly memorable wedding, Loughborough Schools Foundation offers a range of elegant venues, from grand historic halls to intimate, beautifully appointed spaces. Surrounded by manicured lawns and enchanting gardens, our venues create the perfect backdrop for your special day.

Amherst Chapel

The Amherst Chapel provides a charming, traditional setting for Christian ceremonies, with seating for up to 130 guests within our historic Main Convent Building.

Eadon Hall

The Eadon Hall is a versatile and modern space ideal for larger celebrations, comfortably seating up to 300 guests for dinner or 510 when combined with our adjoining Dining Hall. With a permanent stage, expansive glass doors, and a large kitchen, it’s well-suited for wedding receptions, proms, and evening celebrations.

Hodson Hall

The Hodson Hall features a high ceiling, a permanent stage, and seating for up to 530 guests in a theatre-style layout or 320 guests at tables, with additional balcony seating and an extension that adds space for 200 more guests. This grand hall is perfect for large receptions or wedding banquets.

The Tower Room

The Tower is nestled in our historic Tower building, accommodates up to 100 guests and is ideal for smaller, more intimate celebrations. Its unique mezzanine level and proximity to the stunning Quad and gardens provide a perfect setting for arrival drinks and mingling.

Recital Hall

The Recital Hall offers a distinctive venue for those looking to add a musical touch to their celebration. With seating for 116 in tiered seats or a flat-floor option, it’s ideal for smaller ceremonies, recitals, or wedding receptions.

High School Hall

The High School Hall is our most popular wedding reception venue, offering a perfect blend of charm and functionality. With its high ceiling, striking wooden beams, and a permanent stage, it provides a stunning setting for your special day. The hall can accommodate up to 200 guests in a theatre-style arrangement, 100 for a seated wedding breakfast, and 150 for an evening reception.

Our beautiful and versatile event spaces can provide the perfect setting for your wedding celebration. We welcome you to bring in the caterer, decorator, and event planner of your choice, offering complete control over every detail. Our team is here to support you with site visits, floor plan options, and any questions you may have.
