Loughburians’ London Dinner (SOLD OUT!)

This event has been made possible thanks to the generosity of the Trust of the former Old Loughburians’ Association, who have heavily subsidised tickets for the Dinner enabling us to set a ticket price of £60. Our thanks to David Simmons (LGS 1963) who accessed the splendid Barber-Surgeons Hall through his role as a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Barbers. The Barbers’ Company is ranked 17th in precedence among the 111 livery companies in the City of London. It is one of the oldest having celebrated its 700th Anniversary in 2008.

We are also providing a free bus from Loughborough to London, and back again. We anticipate the bus will leave campus at around midday and will leave London at around 11pm*. When booking your place, please indicate whether you would like to join us on the bus.

Photography and Videos

Photographs will be taken at the event and used for communication purposes including but not limited to social media, online and physical communications such as the e-newsletter, The Heron, and the alumni magazine, Beyond the Barrier.

Guest List

Once booked, all attendees are routinely added to our ‘Registered Guests List’ on our event page which allows fellow alumni to know who is joining us and find friends!
