Terms and Conditions – Amazon Raffle

 

  1. By updating your details you understand that you are automatically being entered into the raffle and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  2. The raffle is free and open to alumni from the Class of 2024 who attended Loughborough Grammar School (LGS), Loughborough High School (LHS) and Loughborough Amherst School (LAS).
  3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  4. The prize available is a £50 Amazon Voucher.
  5. To enter the raffle you must complete the correct online form for the Class of 2024 which can be found here: https://forms.office.com/e/mFcw2KuKi1
  6. The details you enter will be used in accordance to our privacy policy which can be found here: https://lsf.org/development-privacy-notice/
  7. You will be able to enter the raffle until Friday 23 August. Any submissions after this date may not be included in the raffle but your details will still be update on our system.
  8. 6 vouchers are available and will be equally split between LGS, LHS and LAS.
  9. The winners will be drawn at random on Monday 26 August.
  10. All winners will be contacted via the email provided when submitting their form on Monday 26 August.
  11. The Development and Alumni Engagement Team will attempt to contact the winners by email twice and have 2 weeks to respond to the email accepting the voucher. The 2 weeks begin from the date the 1st email is sent by the Development and Alumni Engagement Team.
  12. If a response is not received a new winner will be selected at random.
  13. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  14. We reserve the right to substitute the voucher with another voucher of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  15. The decision the Development Office regarding any aspect of the raffle is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize.
  17. The Development and Alumni Engagement Team will not contact any other individuals to inform them of the outcome.
