Alumni Garden Party and Al Fresco 2023

On Sunday 2 July, we welcomed nearly 100 alumni to the Alumni Garden Party and Al Fresco event. Despite the windy weather, we had a fantastic time taking alumni on tours of Loughborough High School, Loughborough Grammar School and Loughborough Amherst School. The tours of the schools were followed by a drinks reception with family friendly games and delicious buffet lunch in the LHS Quad where alumni from across the years were able reminisce.

We were delighted to be joined by our youngest alumni from the Class of 2022 but we were also thrilled to be joined by one of our oldest alumni from the Class of 1943.

Once the strawberries and sandwiches had been devoured alumni and guests headed over to enjoy the wonderful musical performances at Al Fresco ranging from orchestras and choirs, to chamber ensembles and bands.

Thank you to all who came, it was great to see so many of you there and we hope to see you again soon!
