On Sunday 5 July we welcomed 170 alumni, former staff and guests back to campus for our Alumni Garden Party. It was a wonderful day filled with lots of smiles, laughter and happy memories.
The day began with tours of LGS and LHS, giving alumni the opportunity to relive their school days, revisiting classrooms where many memories were made.
Everyone then came together on the LHS Quad to enjoy a relaxed BBQ lunch and drinks, providing time to catch up with old friends.
We had alumni attending on the day from the USA, Australia and Hong Kong, as well as spanning the decades from the Class of 1960 – 2025, which is testament to the bonds and affection felt by us all for our schools. We also held year group specific reunions for the Classes of 1966, 1976, 1981, 1996 and 2006, making the day even more special for those celebrating milestone years.
In the afternoon, alumni had the opportunity to look around Fairfield, with many seeing the impressive new facilities for the first time. However, a particular highlight for many was stepping inside the White House and spotting themselves and familiar faces in the school photos.
The celebrations continued for those who stayed to enjoy Al Fresco, our annual summer concert, where pupils showcased their talents.
