On Wednesday 1 July, we were delighted to hold our first London Drinks gathering since 2018. Alumni joined us after work at The Vintry for an evening of drinks, nibbles and good company, with the added bonus of watching England (thankfully!) secure a win against DR Congo.
The event brought together alumni spanning more than 60 years, from the Class of 1960 to the Class of 2021. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, with one alumnus reuniting with some of his classmates for the first time since leaving the blue gates 30 years ago.
It was wonderful to see everyone reminiscing on shared experiences of their time at the foundation and sharing memories and stories from their school days. The event also provided a valuable opportunity to network, share experiences and make new connections across generations of alumni.
Following such a successful evening, we’re already looking forward to London Drinks 2027.
