Loughborough Nursery was full of excitement last week as we were delighted to host a Fathers’ Day Tea for our children and their dads to enjoy together. Children across all our rooms – Developers, Investigators, Pathfinders, Innovators and Pioneers – spent the afternoon celebrating! 

Families were treated to a delicious buffet tea, prepared by our specialist, on-site Nursery chefs, which included a selection of sandwiches, carrot and cucumber sticks, fruit and cakes. 

Nursery staff from each room also prepared a range of games and activities for our children and their parents to take part in, and there were plenty of Fathers’ Day themed books for our children and their dads to read together. 

Alongside the chance to spend quality time with their children, the event also offered our Nursery parents the opportunity to get to know each other, connecting parents across our warm and welcoming Nursery community.
