Our Board of Governors are, and always have been, a vital component in the continued success, progress and development of the Loughborough Schools Foundation, its four Schools and Nursery.
Their governance and wise counsel is of value not only to our current pupils and their parents but also to generations to come; a steering hand on the tiller to uphold standards of education and integrity, to strive for excellence, be enterprising and for every pupil to be a credit to themselves and the wider world.
The Board, drawn from a diverse range of backgrounds, experience and qualifications, comprises 16 Governors who meet each term and have a number of committees supporting aspects of the Foundation, such as Operations, Bursaries, Development and Finance.
Each School has a Board, drawn from the Governors, providing oversight and direction on issues specific to that School.
The Governors are elected by the Board, following an interview by the Nominations Committee and if you are interested in becoming a Governor please, in the first instance, contact the Head of Governance and Corporate Affairs.
