In November, a group of friends from the class of 2005 got together to celebrate 20 years since leaving school.
Reflecting on the reunion, they shared:
“This weekend 21 of us from the Class of 2005 gathered to celebrate 20 years since leaving school.
We celebrated at the Pear Tree in Woodhouse Eaves before heading back to our old stomping ground in Loughborough for a few drinks & a dance like old times!
It was such a lovely evening spent reminiscing on our brilliant school days. So many of us are still close friends and keep in touch but it’s been 10 years since we all got together and we promised we wouldn’t leave it as long for the next time!
It reminded us of how wonderful our days were at LHS & LGS and the special friendships we built. People bought old school photos and the year book, we celebrated many of our successes & spent plenty of time laughing! We urge everyone to make the most of their school days as they really are some of the best days.”
