Sixth Form Taster Day

Our Sixth Form Taster Days offer prospective students the opportunity to experience Year 12 lessons in their chosen A level subjects and gain a genuine insight into Sixth Form life at Loughborough Schools Foundation.

Taking place across Loughborough Grammar School and Loughborough High School, each day reflects the way Sixth Form study works across the Foundation. Some subjects are taught jointly, while others are based at the individual schools.

During the day, students will attend lessons, meet current sixth formers and spend time exploring the wider Sixth Form experience. There will also be opportunities to meet other students considering joining the Sixth Form and to ask questions about subjects, enrichment opportunities and day-to-day life.

Each visitor will be supported by a current student, who will help them find their way around the campus, introduce them to Sixth Form life and answer any questions throughout the day.
