We are delighted to announce that Loughborough Schools Foundation has become an approved partner institution of the British Schools and Universities Foundation (BSUF). This exciting partnership allows our alumni, supporters and friends based in the United States to make tax-efficient donations in support of our Schools.
The BSUF was founded in the 1950s to support British Commonwealth educational institutions by encouraging donations from alumni and friends based in the US. As an approved 501(c)(3) charitable organisation, the BSUF does not charge any fees to donors or LSF. Through the partnership, we aim to strengthen our connection with our US alumni community and facilitate their contributions to our Schools.
As a BSUF partner, giving to LSF from the US is now much easier. Donors may be eligible for tax deductions, making it both an appealing and rewarding way to support the next generation of Loughburians.
Donations are essential to the future of our Schools. In the coming years, they will support families affected by the forthcoming introduction of VAT on school fees, increase access to the outstanding education we offer, and enhance the extra-curricular opportunities available across the Foundation. Every day, we see the life-changing impact that philanthropy has on our pupils, and we would love for you to join our donor community. Wherever you are based, your donation will make a meaningful difference.
