The Alumni Team was recently sent a photo of the Head Girl’s badge from 1947-48. The badge belonged to Betty Perris (née Grey, LHS 1948) and was found by her daughter in Betty’s jewellery box, where it has been kept in immaculate condition and was obviously a treasured item!
This got us thinking about all the Head Girls the High School has ever had! Do you remember who your Head Girl was? Are you still in touch with them? As we approach 175 years of the High School, we would love to involve our Head Girls in our celebrations, however, we are missing contact details for the Head Girls in the following years:
