Delivery
Online purchases will only be processed during shop trading hours. Online purchases can be collected from the school shop or delivered to a UK address. Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or Standard Parcel Post with an estimated delivery time of 5 – 7 working days. Please note, Grammar and High School pupils may visit the school shop during their lunch break from 1.30pm in order to collect online purchases. All goods are subject to availability. Delivery charges are listed below and based on the value of the order:

Returns
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. We are however happy to accept returns for refund or exchange, providing goods are in their original condition. Please note, you will have to pay the return cost of postage.
- Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day
- Contact us via telephone, email or in writing
- Return products to us with the products in the original packaging and labels, within 30 days of receipt
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt
- We recommend that all items returned to us via post be sent using Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter
