There have been several exciting visitors to the Nursery from the local community, who have shared their time and fun activities with the children in February.

Two representatives from SH Dental talked to the children about looking after their teeth and dental hygiene in general.

Then a football afternoon went down a treat with the children experiencing expert coaching from a Leicester City Player, and then the children were presented with their own medals and trophies!

Each week the children visit the Loughborough Amherst School Library and Miss Bradshaw the Librarian. As a special treat in advance of Shrove Tuesday, Miss Bradshaw brought in her father, an author, who had written a story ready for Pancake Day.

And finally, Anupa Roper, another local author very kindly gifted the Nursery her latest book all about mindset, with a lovely personal note inside.

What a wonderfully busy and exciting February the Nursery children have had.
