The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

The children and staff at Loughborough Nursery had a fabulous time celebrating the Queen of Englands 70 year reign. The children spent the week engaged in a range of messy and creative activities related to the Platinum Jubilee.

Our Pioneers children have been working really hard and have learnt all about the royal family and the line of sucession. Try asking your child about this at home, they are all very good at rememebering who is next in line for the throne.

To finish the week, we had our very own garden party. This gave us the opportunity to celebrate all together as the whole Nursery joined up in the main garden. We played party games and enjoyed an afternoon tea prepared by our Nursery Chef.
