Grace receives LGS Colours!

‪Mr Murphy from Loughborough Grammar School dropped into our end of term assembly today to present Cadet Warrant Officer Grace with the LGS colours! He told us that LGS staff and students were very keen that  she should receive them for her service to cadets.

Grace,  however, is not only the first LHS student to be the highest ranking cadet at LGS CCF since they began there in World War 1, but is the first girl to ever receive colours from LGS in over 500 years – as Mr Murphy said, she really is Amazing Grace‬!
