Over 200 cadets and staff formed the largest contingent at Loughborough’s Remembrance Service in Queen’s Park on Sunday 20 November. The Contingent’s wreath was laid at the Carillon by Regimental Sergeant Major Tom, and the Standard Bearer was Flight Sergeant Steffan. Members of the public and serving military officers complimented the cadets on the quality of their drill and turnout, and there was a real sense of pride when we returned to the Quad for the dismissal. 35 cadets were presented with their Institute of Leadership and Management Level 2 badges, and a further 6 were presented with shooting badges.

A huge thanks goes to the Parents’ Association for providing hot drinks and cobs, and of course to the cadets for their excellent commitment to the day.
