Pupil joins National Water Polo Academy

Loughborough Grammar School pupil, Bertie has received an invite from the National Water Polo Academy. He is going to train with the best players in the country for his age group, which is a significant honour, especially as the Academy directly feeds into the National Squad.

The dedicated waterpolo player trains 6 days a week; 3 adult men sessions, 3 junior sessions, two men’s league, and one for the British League. Bertie, who only started playing water polo two years ago, was also selected as one of the top players of the East Midlands Regional Team.
