Welcome to Loughborough Grammar School Parents’ Association. Now that your son has joined the School, you are automatically a member of the Parents’ Association (PA). The PA exists to provide social events for parents to meet other parents and at the same time raise valuable funds for the school and your boys.
It does this in several ways:
- Regular social events
- Fund raising events for various extra facilities and activities, e.g. school clubs, musical instruments, marquee equipment, sports equipment and much more
- PA Nearly New Shop for both selling and purchasing uniform items at a fraction of the cost when your son grows out of or loses some kit
- Year contact lists
- PA members at school shop, events and parents evenings
- Lively PA meetings to organise social events
PA members are always happy to help with any of your queries and are only a phone call away.
PA Nearly New Shop Opening Hours and Contact Details
The shop is open the first and last Wednesday of every half term, 14.00-16.30, as well as the first and last Saturday of every half term, 10.30-12.00, plus an additional Wednesday mid-term. Please check on the PA social media accounts for further details.
We have vacancies for volunteers at the shop. It’s a great way to meet other parents and become more involved with the school. If you would like to volunteer please contact us on lgspashop@lsf.org
