We spoke to Ewan at the end of term before he jetted off to Ottenberg for the Summer. Ewan has always loved learning new languages. He sees them as the gateway to culture, which is why when the opportunity arose to apply for an extremely competitive fully immersed German summer camp, he rose to the challenge and applied.

Ewan was selected by the British German Association, which is no surprise considering he wrote his application in German and talks of his time spent immersed in the culture.

We’re incredibly proud of Ewan and love watching him and other students like him pursue their passions. It’s no surprise that the Grammar school philosophy stems around championing boys through excellence, supporting their growth further than the classroom.
