The Loughborough Grammar School Class of 2024 now looks forward to continuing their chosen academic paths due to their strong work ethic and dedication to their A Level studies.
Their excellent results are due to the talent and hard work on behalf of the students, and the skill and investment in the individual students by our dedicated, experienced staff. We are proud of all that has been achieved.
Helen Foster, Head of Loughborough Grammar School, said: “Our students are celebrating some excellent results, reaping the rewards of hard work and determination in their A Levels. They can now look forward to continuing their chosen academic paths, and we are all proud of what they have achieved.”
32% of grades were at A* or A with 13 boys achieving an outstanding sweep of 2 or more A* grades (including EPQ, 10 not including EPQ). 17% of boys achieved impressive grades of AAA or higher and can look forward to a very bright future.
Our students will be pursuing a wide range of courses including History, Engineering, Law, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Physiotherapy, Geography, Pharmacy, Classics, Music Production and Modern Foreign Languages.
One student has secured a place at Medical School, one at Law School, and three students will take up places at Oxbridge. A number of students have planned gap years at home and abroad. Whatever paths our students follow we wish them success and happiness for the year ahead.
