Year 6 Girls Hockey vs Ratcliffe College

The highly successful start to the hockey season continued on Wednesday when the A and B team travelled away to play Ratcliffe College. In glorious sunshine, both teams went into their respective matches with a steely determination to put in a good performance. All the girls played really well and utilised many of skills they have been focussing on in both games lessons and extra-curricular clubs. Perseverance, coupled with some excellent team play and passing resulted in a 6-1 win for the A team and a 2-0 win for the B team. Well played everyone, some great results on which we can continue to build. Many thanks to all the parents who travelled across to support the girls, it was greatly appreciated.
