U11 Girls Hockey vs The Elms

This Wednesday saw the A and B squads ventured up the M1 to play matches against The Elms. Following a good warm-up the girls started their games with great enthusiasm and a determination to play good hockey. Communication was key and all the girls worked hard to maintain their positions.  They also focussed on working as a unit moving forward whilst tracking back in defence. Both teams should feel delighted with their performances and take what they have learnt into the next matches. Thank you to parents who so kindly came to support and to Mrs Love for umpiring and her help with the squads.
