Children in Reception receive half an hour of Meaningful Movement throughout the year. They also receive half an hour of Gymnastic activities or Minor Games activities until Easter. These then change to Striking Games and Athletic activities in the Summer Term. These lessons are taught by subject specialists.

Children in Years 1 and 2 receive half an hour of Meaningful Movement throughout the year. They receive an hour of Minor Games, Gymnastics or Dance in the Autumn and Spring Terms. In the Summer Term the children engage in Striking Games and Athletic activities. All of these lessons are taught by subject specialists.

In the Upper Prep ( Years 3,4,5 and 6) children receive an hour of PE and an hour of Games each week.

All children from Years 3-6 will swim. Years 4 -5 swim in the Autumn Term, Year 6 in the Spring Term and Year 3 in the Summer Term. All children will have the opportunity to represent their House in their respective year group Swimming Galas.
