Evoke Safe School Seminar

This event provides a unique opportunity to hear first-hand from a school senior leadership and IT team on how they approached their safe school journey, addressing 4 key areas:

1. Increased security and child safety for more than 2000 pupils across 4 independent schools.
2. A lockdown and lockout capability to protect pupils and staff in the event of an emergency.
3. Replacement of two outdated phone systems with a single platform, supporting the foundations digital transformation strategy.
4. Provided faster resolution for IT issues and enhanced collaboration and communication between teachers, schools and parents.

We will be joined by key stakeholders across the senior leadership and IT team within the Loughborough Schools Foundation. They look forward to sharing their key learnings and valuable guidance during an open question and answer session.

You’ll also have the chance to get hands-on as we go through a ‘day in the life of a Safe School’ demonstration. Experience what an Avaya Smart Campus/Safe School looks like in action and how this can integrate into school applications like Weduc to provide an end-to-end, seamless communication strategy between school, parents and the emergency services.
