1960 Olympic Games Assembly

1960 Olympic Games Assembly featured image

2G entertained us today with their assembly about the 1960 Olympic Games. The first Games to be fully broadcast on television, and featuring star athletes such as Abebe Bikila and Muhammad Ali, the Rome Games were regarded as a great success. 2G certainly delivered a very successful assembly and one the rest of the school thoroughly enjoyed watching. Next week’s assembly will be the 1964 Games held in Tokyo from 5C.
