Parents and staff were treated to wonderful performances as the Year 2 String Scheme presented their final concert of the year. 70 violinists, cellists and double bassists played together in the Pre-prep Hall.

Congratulations to Max who played a fabulous double bass solo, and thank you to the staff string quartet who also serenaded us. The Year 2’s sound was amazing and their excellent listening skills were showcased as they carefully followed the piano’s fast or slow lead. They are a fantastic year group and we very much hope many of them will continue with the year 3 String Scheme. We offer free instrument loan, a 20 minute individual lesson and a 30 minute string class all for half the price of our normal instrumental lessons.
