Back to Alumni Career Profiles

My journey at the Endowed Schools began at year 4 in Fairfield. I started at Loughborough Grammar School (LGS) in 2000. The seven years that followed at LGS were invaluable in preparation for all aspects of my professional and personal life. The academic support was first class. There were many varied opportunities inside and outside the classroom. LGS brought the best out of all boys. I would send my children to Fairfield and LGS.

After LGS I read Law at Downing College, Cambridge. After that I took the Bar Professional Training Course at Nottingham Law School. I now practice as a Barrister at Keating Chambers in London. I specialise in commercial law, in particular in construction and energy litigation.

My education at the Endowed Schools could not have been better. The teaching staff were always motivated and the atmosphere was encouraging. Nothing felt impossible or unachievable at school. As you can tell, I look back with fond memories!

Without doubt, my time at LGS has shaped who I am today, my career and has opened all the doors I could have hoped for.
