Year 11 pupils at Amherst were celebrating their well-deserved GCSE achievements this morning. There was a lovely atmosphere at School as envelopes were opened and there were shrieks of delight at these tremendous results.

Dr Murphy said, “These results demonstrate the sustained diligence and resilience of our Year 11 students during a year of educational confusion at a national level. They are also a testament to the hard work and individualised care shown by all of our teaching staff.”
