Pip was awarded her CCF Colours for her strong commitment to CCF activities. She is an enthusiastic and effective Non-Commissioned Officer, leading and instructing junior cadets within the RAF section. With one of her colleagues, she led a fascinating interview during lockdown with the first and only female Red Arrow, Squadron Leader Kirsty Murphy. She was also part of the senior team supporting our recent training exercise “October Optimist” held during half term, and was a great help to the staff in that capacity. It is a real pleasure to award Colours to Pip for her great work.
