Sarah Gowers-Cromie
Sarah moved from Belfast to Loughborough to complete her PhD in chemistry in 2000.
When she completed her PhD she moved into local government where she managed the local authority's change programme covering a wide range of capital and service improvement projects. In 2010 she then moved back into academia at Loughborough Business School where she held the role of Director of Undergraduate Studies for the School's Business and Economics programmes for several years. More recently she made the move into the technology sector, becoming the Chief Community Officer at StudentCrowd.com, a student review platform supporting student university decision making.
Sarah is a passionate advocate for higher education and the impact it can have on young people lives as well as society more widely.
One of her daughters is currently part of the High School community.
